Inquire NowModern engineering demands lightweight, durable, and highly impact-resistant materials that can bridge the performance gap between traditional metals and low-cost polymers. Long Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyethylene (LGF-PE) represents a massive leap forward in materials science, offering a distinct structural advantage over short glass fiber (SGF) materials.
By using a proprietary pultrusion manufacturing process, the glass fibers in our LGF-PE granules remain continuous (typically 10mm to 25mm in length) within the polymer pellet. During injection molding, these long fibers align and interlock to create a internal 3D structural skeleton. This skeleton optimizes mechanical stress distribution, providing exceptional impact resistance under extreme temperatures, significant creep resistance under high loads, and superior dimensional stability.
For Montenegro's rapidly growing infrastructure, marine engineering, and manufacturing base, LGF-PE offers a cost-effective, corrosion-resistant alternative to steel and aluminum, lowering both shipping weights and installation costs.
Analyzing key industrial, infrastructural, and regulatory factors driving the adoption of high-performance composites in Montenegro.
With its extensive Adriatic coastline and deep-water ports like the Port of Bar, Montenegro requires materials capable of withstanding saltwater corrosion and UV radiation. LGF-PE provides perfect moisture barrier properties, ensuring long-term structural integrity for marine docks, floating platforms, and coastal utility installations without rusting.
Montenegro is positioned to support European automotive supply chains. High-strength, lightweight LGF-PE components are ideal for automotive battery trays, front-end carriers, and bumper structures, contributing to overall vehicle weight reduction and increased fuel/electric range.
Montenegro's ongoing municipal updates demand high-durability pipeline systems and valve boxes. LGF-PE's excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and mechanical durability make it the ideal material choice for high-pressure underground water lines and fluid containment networks.

Jurong Best Composite Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the ancient town of Maoshan, which has a history of over a thousand years. The town is part of Jurong City, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. It is situated on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, adjacent to Nanjing, and is close to Nanjing Lukou International Airport. The Jianning-Taicang Expressway (from Nanjing to Taicang) passes through the area, and the Jurong exit of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway connects to Zhenjiang Port and Nanjing Port. Benefiting from the radiation of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the transportation is very convenient.
Our company specializes in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of top-tier glass-fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) granules. We utilize state-of-the-art pultrusion technology to supply global markets, including Eastern Europe and Montenegro, with structural composites that replace traditional metals, lowering energy footprints and improving performance safety.
How LGF-PE and specialized composite matrices solve complex operational challenges globally and locally in Montenegro.
Using advanced GFRP PA6/PA66 and PE compounds, we provide the global automotive industry with sunroof tracks, engine beauty covers, bumper brackets, and door module carriers. These achieve structural metal replacement, reducing weight by up to 40% while maintaining crash test integrity.
LGF-PP and LGF-PE systems are widely implemented in heavy-duty pump casings, washing machine components, and chemical containment valves. Their long fiber mesh resists cyclic fatigue, eliminating the micro-cracking common in short-fiber composites.
Designed for modern civil infrastructure, our glass fiber composites are utilized in utility housings, electrical connection boxes, and drainage channels. These materials resist biological decay, chemical corrosion, and temperature variations.

The main difference lies in the length of the fiber reinforcing skeleton. In SGF-PE, the glass fibers are short (typically <1mm) and act as fillers that offer limited stress distribution. In contrast, our LGF-PE granules maintain fiber lengths of 10-25mm. When injection-molded, these fibers interlock to form an internal three-dimensional skeletal network. This structure provides significantly higher impact resistance, structural integrity under high loads, and reduced dimensional shrinkage.
While PP offers high stiffness and Nylon delivers exceptional thermal resistance, Polyethylene (PE) stands out for its outstanding chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and excellent low-temperature impact properties. LGF-PE is ideal for outdoor, marine, and sub-zero environments, maintaining structural properties down to -40°C where PP might fail. It also does not absorb moisture, preventing the degradation in mechanical strength that nylon can experience in humid environments.
To preserve fiber length in final molded parts, processors should use a low compression screw, minimize back pressure (0.1 - 0.3 MPa), set lower screw rotation speeds, and utilize larger gates and runners (minimum 4mm thickness). This reduces shear stress on the fibers, keeping the internal structural skeletal network intact.
LGF-PE is highly resistant to saltwater degradation and chemical corrosion. For outdoor applications in coastal regions like Budva or Kotor, we incorporate high-efficiency UV stabilizers. This ensures the carrier matrix resists UV degradation, preserving structural strength and impact resistance over years of exposure.
